Work with the Channel Sales Manager to recommend and implement approved business plans for accounts, and review in line with quarterly targets Build and develop business relationships with the key Customers based on: Support developing and recommending country/channel/customer plans: Manage customers' information flow on sales, stocks, and payments Responsible for forecasting customer sales Responsible for executing new products launch/ listing Responsible for the implementation of the consumer promotional campaigns Responsible for recommending Customer investments within a predefined budget Responsible for developing the Customer Business Plan to be approved by HET/HIT Apply now and help us shape the future of play! Sales and Account Administration and Management: Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the toy or entertainment industry. Customer Relationships: Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships. Market Analysis: Ability to monitor and analyze market activities and trends. Business Planning: Experience in developing and implementing business plans. Budget Management: Understanding of managing budgets and financial targets. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
