Position Summary:
As a key member of Hartford HealthCare’s Medical Group executive leadership team, the Vice President of Human Resources serves as a strategic advisor and business partner, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals. The Vice President will translate business needs into actionable talent solutions that drive performance, engagement, and retention. The Vice President leads a team of Human Resources professionals that are embedded within the business and will collaborate closely with system-wide Centers of Excellence such as Colleague Relations, Learning & Organizational Development, and Total Rewards to implement enterprise strategies, ensure policy consistency, and foster a high-performing, engaged culture.

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is a 414-bed, 32-bassinet, acute-care community teaching hospital with campuses in New Britain and Southington. The hospital was created with the 2006 merger of the former New Britain General and Bradley Memorial hospitals.
