About this role
Reputable multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their Joplin, Missouri team!
Responsibilities:
- Engineering/project management duties (evaluating, designing, and constructing projects)
- Assist with developing the project scope/schedule, project documentation, and reviewing shop drawings
- Wastewater projects include piping extensions/rehabilitation, new pump stations and rehabilitation, treatment plant rehabilitation for various treatment processes, and new treatment plant projects
- Travel to job sites for observation
- Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 8+ years of related water/wastewater experience
- PE License
- Experience with AutoCAD and other related software
- Experience with modeling software
Salary is commensurate with experience.
