Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and kickoff of electrical projects
  
• Manage all stages of a project (planning, design, execution, budget tracking, invoicing, and closeout)
  
• Ensure projects meet technical excellence standards and timely delivery
  
• Contribute to improvements in electrical project management practices
  
• Lead, manage, and provide technical directions to project teams
  
• Serve as main contact for client and project teams
  
• Oversee a variety of projects (standalone electrical systems to more complex designs for larger projects)
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  
• Master’s degree preferred
  
• 8+ years of consulting experience
  
• PE License or Florida Design Engineer of Record (DES)
  
• Experience designing low-voltage systems (fire alarm, CCTV, keyless entry, security, sound systems, and media delivery)
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  
• Thorough knowledge of Florida building codes, ensuring compliance and best practices in every project phase
  
• Experienced in shop drawing/submittal review
  
• Experience in project management/client engagement
  
• Experience in plan production/technical project delivery
