About this role
- Develop plans for lab and high-tech facilities including teaching/research
- Working as part of a team, develop flexible planning grids, lab organization diagram and service distribution concepts
- Document laboratory systems (casework, lab equipment, and lab space development)
- Assist with business development (proposal development, client interviews/presentations)
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Use technical expertise to lead team
- Mentor junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in architectural lab programming/planning
- Registered Architect
- LEED AP preferred
- Experience managing clients, project teams, and project processes
- Desire to learn more about sustainability
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software
Salary is commensurate with experience.
