Como Logistics Manager, serás la persona responsable de liderar, planificar y optimizar toda la operativa logística de Harper&Neyer, asegurando la eficiencia en el flujo de mercancías desde nuestros proveedores hasta los puntos de venta y clientes finales.
Tareas
- Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones logísticas diarias (almacén, transporte, distribución y devoluciones).
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega y la calidad del servicio.
- Gestionar el equipo de almacén, optimizando la productividad y fomentando un entorno de trabajo seguro y colaborativo.
- Controlar y analizar los costes logísticos, identificando oportunidades de mejora continua.
- Colaborar con los departamentos de Compras, Producción, Retail y Ecommerce para asegurar una correcta planificación y flujo de producto.
- Implementar herramientas y procedimientos de control de stock, trazabilidad e inventario.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa mínima de al menos 4 años como Logistics Manager, preferiblemente en el sector moda o retail.
- Conocimiento avanzado en gestión de almacén, transporte y control de stock.
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, organización y comunicación.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales y ERP logísticos.
- Valorable formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial o similares.
