About the Role
As a Finance Intern, you will support basic daily finance work, including handling financial documents, assisting with tax‑related tasks, and providing general administrative support.
What You Will Do
- Assist in daily financial voucher processing:
Collect, organize, and archive financial documents (such as invoices, payment requests, and approval forms), and assist in checking the compliance and completeness of documents. - Support tax-related and special tasks:
Assist in preparing tax materials, collecting information for collaborative investigations, and supporting AI‑related work such as data collection and process tracking (if applicable). - Provide administrative and ad‑hoc support:
Assist the team with daily administrative tasks (such as contract stamping and document scanning) and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office software.
- Good reading and writing skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel functions.
