The Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager will lead product lifecycle management from launch to phase-out, ensuring readiness across channels and markets. This role interfaces with Marketing, Planning, Product Development, and Sales to drive successful product introductions and ongoing commercial performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage NPIs and full product lifecycle (“Cradle to Grave”).
  • Lead PSI and S&OP processes.
  • Drive channelization and channel strategy.
  • Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis.
  • Own GFK contract and product compliance.
  • Coordinate launch readiness and marketing interface.
  • Maintain Product Line Charts and Range Plans.
  • Oversee SOA approvals (with FP&A and Channel Directors).
  • Manage product setup and warranty processes.
  • Lead QBR and commercial reviews.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Experience in GTM, product management, or commercial strategy.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar focused role.
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
