About the Role

As a highly skilled and experienced Global E-commerce Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize our global e-commerce operations. You will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, logistics, and international market trends. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer experience across our online platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee end-to-end operations for our global e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of online sales initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of E-commerce in analyzing marketplace expansion efforts and process coordination.
  • Provide leadership by operating and managing three regional e-commerce organizations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Manage daily business operations by facilitating collaboration among team leadership to elevate e-commerce experience industry standards.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Operations by leading marketplace expansion efforts and coordinating process coordination.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with e-commerce platforms, logistics, and international market trends.
  • Ability to identify and implement best practices that drive operational excellence, including leveraging industry knowledge, best-in-class technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, order management systems, CRMs), and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

What is Nice to Have

  • Master’s and/or MBA degree
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Marketing, web design, digital design, and/or eCommerce.

  • Willing to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
  • Willing to work from a home office located in Stamford, CT, or Northridge, CA.

Salary Ranges:

$ 117,000 - $ 171,600
