About the Role

As a finance manager, you have high level of economic and finance knowledge in complex organization and work with many internal as well as external team in APAC region.

In this position, you’ll report to APAC finance director based on Hong Kong and work closely with local logistics and sales team also.

What You Will Do

  • Review monthly closing of accounts, sales, inventory, COGS, financial analysis, statutory and management reporting
  • Ensure that the monthly management reporting is prepared properly within the stipulated time frame.
  • Manage budgeting and monthly rolling forecast.
  • Coordinate statutory audit, tax filing for corporate income tax and any other local compliance matters
  • Financial control for proper cash flow forecast, CAPEX control and any accrual management.
  • Evaluate key business processes and identify improvements
  • Liaise with HQ for guidelines, resources, directives and supports
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, recommending new procedures.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
  • Familiar with SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) module experience.
  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines preferred
