Overview

OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bingo function including managing team members and ensuring a memorable experience is provided for all bingo guests, protecting the company assets and following the policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: May include but are not limited to: - Provide leadership, employee development, staffing and scheduling. - Support Bingo operations. - Teaching new system upgrade to subordinates. - Responsible for enforcement of all departmental rules, policies and regulations. - Responsible for accountability of all issued and non-issued BINGO keys. - Responsible for proper staffing levels, personnel scheduling and coordinating shift schedules. - Responsible for training, evaluating, maintaining team member history sheets and making recommendations for promotions. - Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento property and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: - Associates degree and four to six (4-6) years of related gaming experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. - Must have proven analytical skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detail. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of individuals. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic mathematical skills.    WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Must be able to work in a smoking environment - While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. - The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.
