About this role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Customer Service Team in Sydney, Australia. 

 

This Customer Service Coordinator Role role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and gain experience in the shipping industry, this role involves processing customer requests, responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, and participating in all areas of Export and Import cargo bookings, documentation and container release tasks.

Please note: successful applicants must already have the right to work in Australia. Due to the hybrid nature of this role, successful applicants must also be either be located in Sydney or able to relocate to Sydney if they are successful in their application for this role.
