Das kannst du bewirken:
- Koordination und Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten (z. B. Service Trainings, Demo-Geräte, Marketinginitiativen)
- Organisation und Unterstützung von internen und externen Trainings, Events, Messen und Kongressen weltweit
- Selbstständige Planung und Umsetzung internationaler Messen und Kongresse inkl. Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Partnern, Lieferanten und Veranstaltern
- Versand, Koordination und Bereitstellung von Messe-, Marketing- und Leihmaterialien
- Internationaler Sales Support inkl. Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen
- Kunden- und Partnerkontakt per Telefon und E-Mail inkl. Betreuung generischer Postfächer
- Administration und Management von Partner- und Training-Usern
- Hotelbuchungen sowie organisatorische Nachverfolgung im Rahmen von Events und Kongressen
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 5 - 10%
Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Sales oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, z. B. im Sales Support, Marketing Support, Kundenservice oder in der Administration
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren und Prioritäten sicher zu setzen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und sehr gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Starke Planungs- und Organisationskompetenz, auch bei parallelen Projekten
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an Projekten in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Hohe digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit IT-Tools und Plattformen
- Teamplayer-Mentalität sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern
