How you can make a difference:
Play an important role within in a multidisciplinary team in the development of new and complex products / segments / features and in the management throughout the entire life cycle
Create product visions and/or strategies independently for complex products / segments / features
Find, quantify, and prioritize customer problems, providing customer requirements for development
Act as voice of the customer within the organization
Play an active role in the market introduction (incl. value proposition) and market presence throughout the entire life cycle
Manage stakeholders within complex projects / activities indepedently
Verify and validate requirements with international users and stakeholders
Play a key role in the market introduction (incl. value proposition) and market presence throughout the entire life cycle
Continuously and systematically collect and prioritize feedback from customers and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement
Measure KPIs for highly complex products / segments / features
That’s what you bring along:
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to present and communicate complex information
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to collaborate
Independent and goal-oriented approach to work
Ability to work in a team and think in an interdisciplinary manner
Knowledge of regulatory affairs, product development, sales & marketing is an advantage
Experience in the field of Respiratory Care/ Intensive Care and an existing network with corresponding users is an advantage
