How you can make a difference:

  • Play an important role within in a multidisciplinary team in the development of new and complex products / segments / features and in the management throughout the entire life cycle

  • Create product visions and/or strategies independently for complex products / segments / features

  • Find, quantify, and prioritize customer problems, providing customer requirements for development

  • Act as voice of the customer within the organization

  • Play an active role in the market introduction (incl. value proposition) and market presence throughout the entire life cycle

  • Manage stakeholders within complex projects / activities indepedently

  • Verify and validate requirements with international users and stakeholders

  • Play a key role in the market introduction (incl. value proposition) and market presence throughout the entire life cycle

  • Continuously and systematically collect and prioritize feedback from customers and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement

  • Measure KPIs for highly complex products / segments / features

That’s what you bring along:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to present and communicate complex information

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to collaborate

  • Independent and goal-oriented approach to work

  • Ability to work in a team and think in an interdisciplinary manner

  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs, product development, sales & marketing is an advantage

  • Experience in the field of Respiratory Care/ Intensive Care and an existing network with corresponding users is an advantage
