About this role

We are a 100% virtual CPA firm with a team located all over the United States. We are a real estate niche-focused firm serving Real Estate Investors, Syndicates, and Fund Managers. Our team is passionate about real estate, owns investment properties, and is involved in real estate businesses.

We are on a mission to change the accounting industry by creating the premier people-first firm where strong and talented team members will thrive. We are innovators of tax services and firm culture with work-life integration. As a Real Estate Senior Accountant at our firm, you will report to one of our Accounting Managers and primarily review financial statements prepared by associates in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Additionally, you will deliver these financials and provide guidance to clients who are real estate investors and small business owners. Senior Accounting Associates will also provide technical input on tax and accounting issues, train and supervise less experienced staff, and nurture client relationships.

In our dynamic, growth-driven environment, team members who thrive at our firm are self-starters with excellent prioritization and organizational skills. They have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple deliverables and staff simultaneously, working efficiently and autonomously under deadlines, and handling changes in focus with ease. They are growth-driven, always looking to develop and continue learning. They raise concerns but can also bring forward and act on solutions. They have strong communication skills and are confident and happy to talk to clients or other team members via Zoom, phone, or email.
