JOB SUMMARY: The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of Halifax Health – Hospice community engagement, representation, education and informative activities/events within their designated service area. This will include community coordination within residential communities, clubs, health fairs, speaker bureaus, local chambers, professional organization members, nonprofit organizations, local government officials and local corporations.
