About the Role:
Haley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Richmond, Virginia is seeking experienced, full-time Automotive Technicians to join the Haley team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will work closely with other team members to provide high-quality service to our customers. Your expertise and attention to detail will be critical in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 plus years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid and clean driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Automotive Technology
- Master Mechanic**
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
- Certification with CDJR, Ford, Toyota, GM or Volvo
- State Inspection License
- Experience with computer diagnostic systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Performing diagnostic tests on vehicles to identity problems
- Repairing or replacing parts as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Communicating with customers about their vehicle’s needs and providing recommendations
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as scheduled
