Automotive Business Development Representative

We are currently looking for a motivated member to join our Business Development Center. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. You will be directly responsible for monitoring follow ups with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required. Responsibilities • Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments for sales departments • Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and email to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Qualifications •  previous customer service / BDC experience is preferred but not required• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person") • Excellent follow up skills.
