About the role

负责制定和执行中国区的经销商管理战略,在驱动业务可持续增长和市场拓展的同时,确保经销商网络运营的合规性与风险可控。

本职位旨在构建健康、高效、合规的经销商体系,通过优化绩效、强化合作关系和严格合规风控,提升公司市场竞争力与品牌声誉。

 

Key Responsibilities

·       制定并实施战略性的经销商管理体系,同步嵌入合规管理框架,以提升渠道效率、覆盖与合规水平。

·       主导与核心经销商的年度业务规划、绩效评估及合规审查,确保其业务活动符合公司政策与法律法规。

·       建立并维护经销商合规准入与退出机制,确保经销商资质与运营标准的持续符合性。

·       设计并执行经销商能力发展项目,重点提升其合规意识、诚信经营与风险管理能力。

·       通过KPI、数据分析及合规审计监控经销商绩效与合规状况,及时发现并推动整改违规行为。

·       与销售、市场、供应链、法务、合规、财务等跨部门团队紧密合作,构建全面的经销商合规风险管理生态。

·       解决经销商与内部团队在配额、定价、政策解读方面的冲突,特别是涉及合规灰色地带或政策落地偏差的问题。

·       通过根本原因分析和结构化改进计划,应对经销商绩效不达标问题,尤其当问题涉及潜在的合规缺陷或诚信风险时。

·       在复杂多变的多层级分销网络中,开发创新解决方案,以平衡业务增长、效率提升与严格的合规要求。

·       处理经销商违规事件,进行调查、评估影响、执行纠正与预防措施,并管理潜在的商业与声誉风险。

 

Qualifications and skills

·       本科学历,商业、市场营销等相关专业。

·       8-10年经销商管理、渠道销售或业务发展经验,其中至少3年为管理岗位。

·       深刻理解中国快消品/消费品行业的经销商模式、竞争格局及相关的商业合规、反贿赂、反垄断等法规环境。

·       精通贸易条款、渠道财务、经销商经济学及合规风险成本。

·       熟悉中国影响分销的各类法规、政策与商业行为准则,并能将其有效融入渠道管理实践。

·       具备使用CRM和分销管理系统的经验,并能利用系统工具实施合规监控与预警。

·       能够分析市场趋势和竞争对手活动,同时洞察监管动态与合规风险变化,为战略与风控调整提供依据。

·       拥有成功谈判和管理大型经销商协议的经验,并善于在协议中明确合规责任与违约后果。

·       了解数字化工具在传统分销网络中的应用,并探索如何利用技术手段加强合规透明度和效率。
