About the Role 

Ready to make an immediate impact? 
As a People Experience Partner, you’ll be the trusted HR advisor for our Slovakia team—solving employee queries, supporting HR Business Partners, and leading process improvements that matter. This isn’t just another HR role: it’s a chance to shape the future of HR in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, where your ideas turn into action and results almost instantly. 

You’ll work closely with colleagues across CEE, supporting around 600 employees in Levice, and driving initiatives that truly influence the business. 

This is a 2-year fixed-term maternity cover (until 28 February 2028)—a unique opportunity to leave your mark and see the difference you make every day. 

What You Will Do 

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via ServiceNow, providing end-to-end navigation and resolution. 

  • Support HR Business Partners and local business leaders as an HR advisor, ensuring compliance with local labor law. 

  • Facilitate local onboarding processes and assist with talent reviews and succession planning. 

  • Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies. 

  • Partner with HRBPs to deliver strategic HR priorities and collaborate on compensation, benefits, and reward cycles. 

  • Drive process improvements and automation projects, maintaining and updating the HR knowledge base. 

  • Deploy global policies locally, ensuring alignment with regulations. 

  • Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and support action plans. 

  • Manage HR administration tasks related to compensation, benefits, and audits. 

 

What You Will Have 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist or specialist (production facility experience is a plus) 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems 

  • Strong understanding of local labor law and HR processes. 

  • Ability to individually manage projects and carry out improvement initiatives 

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills in both Slovakian and English. 

  • Proactive mindset and ability to handle escalations effectively. 

 

What We Offer: 

  • Remuneration: gross 1700 to 2300 EUR /month, depending on the level of experience and competencies.

  • Motivating annual bonus Meals on the premises of the plant (employee pays from €0.66 only)

  • 2 x annual financial allowance for relaxation 

  • Extraordinary time off beyond the framework of the Labor Code for important life events (own wedding, birth of a child, first-year student entering school, attending a funeral)

  • After 2 years of employment in the company, allowance for recreation in accordance with the Labor Code 

  • 5-10 years of service in the company: additional 1 day of vacation; more than 10 years in the company: additional 2 days of vacation
