El Pasante de Calidad y Proyectos, colaborará con el área de Calidad en el desarrollo de proyectos relacionados con métricas y procesos de simplificación en sistemas de Calidad , así como colaborar con proyectos multidisciplinarios liderados por el área

Además, tendrá la oportunidad de ser parte de actividades claves para progresar su carrera, en las siguientes principales funciones:

• Desarrollo de proyectos a cerca de simplificación y automatización de métricas y procesos de simplificación en indicadores de sistemas de calidad acciones derivadas de auditoría,  mapeos de proceso, gembas, verificación de controles, etc, en conjunto con los SME´s del área Continuidad en la simplificación de la documentación, para otras áreas según plan de simplificación documental y optimización de flujos y movimientos de procesos
• Diseño de proceso de los diversos sistemas que integran los datos en un modelo simplificado de gestión automática.
• Soporte y ejecución de actividades designadas de proyectos de calidad en base a iniciativas 2026; según sea necesario, participación en despliegue, organización y seguimiento, reportes periódicos
• Simplificación en Documentación administrativa de las diferentes áreas y sistemas de calidad

¿Por qué TÚ? 

Tus calificaciones: 

• Estudiante activo de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ing Industrial con conocimientos en power Bi, power apps, diseño de sistemas automatizados
• Interes en conocer sobre KPIs, métricas de calidad y estrategias de proyecto.
• Nivel de inglés Intermedio
• Conocimientos intermedio - avanzado de Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graficos, etc.)
• Conocimientos intermedio de otras herramientas de Microsoft Office
• Conocimiento en Scrum Master y Lean Six Sigma es un PLUS
• Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo, organización y proactividad.
