About the role

Plan, direct and control activities of the Liquid lines adhering to company standards to produce quality products and achieve daily and monthly production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all GMP and compliance requirements in the department.
• Ensure all subordinates always follow EHS requirements.
• Effectively allocate labour for production and exceed daily production targets based on the weekly packing schedule.
• Meet department KPIs.
• Provide necessary training to staff.
• Ensure effective and efficient use of dMERPS, Viva, Ariba, EHS One, and CMMS.
• Ability to implement in lean manufacturing practices
• Excellence in data analyzing and report generating including preparation of PPT’s

Qualifications and skills

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical science, Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical regulations and documentation, process optimization, and quality control systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software tools.
  • Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt/ Green Belt or higher.
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management certification
  • NVQ Level 05 06 or above
  • Possession of a valid Pharmacist License approved by the Medical Council.
