岗位职责：

1、数字化落地：牵头推进数字化工具的应用，支持HAPS实施, 工厂数字化战略和年度计划制定和落地执行；

2、数据收集与分析：建立可持续的监控流程，收集关键绩效指标数据（包括设备综合效率OEE%、收率Yield%等），分析趋势以评估改进机会并追踪执行效果；

3、可视化绩效管理：协同各运营部门建立高效的现场可视化管理看板；

4、精益项目推进：主导跨职能改进项目，运用精益改善工具（如Kaizen改善、SMED快速换模、5S现场管理、自主维护AM、Centerlining中心值等）；

5、员工能力建设：通过标准化作业（LSW）、标准操作规程（SOP）及精益工具培训提升员工技能，辅导团队和个人践行精益运营与持续改进实践；

6、数字化落地：牵头推进数字化工具的应用，支持HAPS实施；

7、组织跨部门周/月度会议，分析效率差距与浪费根因并制定行动计划；

8、每日开展现场GEMBA，识别安全、质量、效率及浪费改善机会。

任职资格：

1、工程、理学或相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、3年以上制造业运营相关经验，快消经验优先考虑；

3、需具备运营体系（如TPM全面生产维护、精益生产或六西格玛项目管理）实施经验；

4、精益六西格玛绿带及以上认证，或具备同等六西格玛项目经验；

5、出色的中英文口语、书面及汇报表达能力；

6、优秀的数字化技能与前瞻性技术敏感度。
