As the Head of Key Account Management D-Commerce, you will play a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for executing and continuously refining Haleon’s digital commerce strategy across key digital customers, including ePharmacies, omnichannel retailers, and Amazon. You will drive revenue growth, manage core digital customer relationships, and lead a team of four digital commerce specialists within the Sales organization.
In this role, you will be accountable for commercial performance, digital sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking — helping shape the future of digital commercial growth within Haleon. You will be a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, building capability, influence, and best-in-class digital execution.
Your Role at Haleon
Execute and continuously refine Haleon’s digital commerce strategy across ePharmacy, omnichannel customers, and Amazon
Carry commercial accountability for growth, revenue delivery, forecasting, and performance tracking across digital customers
Lead, coach, and develop a team of four digital commerce experts, fostering capability growth and a continuous improvement mindset
Build, maintain, and grow strategic key customer relationships with digital-focused partners in the DACH region
Contribute to trade negotiations and commercial discussions to drive joint business planning and growth initiatives
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Media Management, and Key Account Management to enable optimal shopper activation and conversion outcomes
Represent digital commerce perspectives within the Sales Leadership Team to shape priorities, investments, and customer strategies
Identify emerging trends, best practices, and technologies, translating insights into actionable plans that elevate digital performance
Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making, performance dashboards, and continuous capability development
What you bring to the role
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Key Account Management within digital commerce.
Strong expertise in omnichannel strategies, e-pharmacies, and Amazon business models.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, MBA preferred.
Proven ability to drive significant growth in digital commerce
Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with a strong execution focus.
Fluent in German and English, with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
