The Senior Manager Business Operations plays a critical role in driving operational rigor, business performance management, and leadership engagement across the US Business Unit. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this position serves as the core integrator across commercial, finance, supply, quality, risk, and enterprise functions, ensuring that mechanisms, processes, and insights are in place to deliver US BU performance.
This role is designed to be a high-visibility, high-impact assignment, offering direct exposure to senior leaders across the US & Global organization. It is a strong development platform toward broader commercial, strategy, or operations director roles.
The 3 focus areas of this role are: (1) Business Performance & Planning Enablement, (2) Leadership Engagement, and (3) Operations Management.

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & PLANNING ENABLEMENT
Performance Management Establishment (US and NA) – Establish the performance management framework, including Leading and Lagging KPIs, define data flow and develop templates.
Performance Management Reporting (US and NA) – Lead material preparation, performance analytics, and cross-functional input consolidation; ensure data accuracy and consistency with enterprise scorecards; and manage pre-reads and document follow-through actions. Coordinate with scorecard owners to validate data and track progress to annual objectives; prepare materials for quarterly USLT reviews and facilitate discussions.
LRP – Long Range Plan & ABP – Annual Business Plan (US and NA) – Lead analytical packages, scenario testing, and investment choice synthesis informing ABP chapters; coordinate cross-functional inputs for LPR workstreams. Support content development for Categories and lead content development for total OU.
Investor Relations Support – Coordinate evidence, proof points, and metric validation for inclusion in quarterly reporting.
LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT & BUSINESS GOVERNANCE
Executive Meeting Preparation – Coordinate and develop content for USLT, Commercial Committee, and capability reviews; provide coaching to functional teams on analytical expectations and storyline clarity.
HET/BOD Visit Preparation – Co-lead logistics, content development, engagement planning, and readiness reviews.
US Capabilities Implementation – Track progress against the six US capability priorities (Brilliant Basics, Innovation, Forecasting, Cost, Tech Enablement, Winning Organization); surface risks, dependencies, and integration opportunities across teams.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Cross OU Engagement – Bridge growth opportunities across US and CA to maximize North America OU performance.
Execute Operational Priorities (US & NA) DBO Support – Manage specific workstreams or analyses related to BU priorities, ensuring timely insights and issue escalation.
Operational Effectiveness & Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline business processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance data quality; benchmark and introduce operations best practices from the consumer health sector.
Cross-Functional Integration & Analytics – Develop insights and executive-ready materials using standard frameworks while managing cross-functional cadences and maintaining strong partnerships across Finance, Commercial, Supply, HR, Quality, and Global/NA teams to ensure transparent, high-quality performance outputs.

*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

This position requires strong leadership fundamentals (Envision, Energize, Enable), exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to turn data and insight into high-quality business outputs. Success in this role will require a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong analytical problem-solving capability, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional processes with clarity and precision. The following skills and experiences will be critical to performing effectively in the role:
BA/BS degree plus 5–8 years of experience in consumer health, CPG, healthcare, or similar industries, with exposure to commercial, finance, operations, or project management roles
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional business processes and operating cadences with accuracy, reliability, and follow-through
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and clear recommendations for leadership
Proven track record of delivering high-quality executive materials, presentations, and performance analyses
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
MBA or relevant advanced degree
7–10 years of experience in consumer health or broader CPG, with exposure to commercial planning, business performance management, or strategy & operations
Experience working in a matrixed global–local organization
Background in consulting or roles requiring structured problem solving and executive communication
Experience supporting senior leadership teams or managing executive-level business processes
The salary range for this role is $137,813 - 189,492 USD + bonus
