We’re Hiring: Business Insight & Analytics Specialist | LATAM
Buscamos una persona apasionada por los datos, con mentalidad estratégica y capacidad para transformar información compleja en insights accionables que impulsen decisiones clave en toda la región de América Latina.
En este rol, actuarás como el puente analítico entre el negocio y los datos, liderando el diseño de modelos que integren información de ventas a distribuidores, ventas al consumidor final, inventarios, gastos totales de negociación y gastos de publicidad y promoción. Tu misión será convertir necesidades comerciales en marcos estandarizados, indicadores clave y modelos analíticos que conecten performance con efectividad de inversión.
Además, liderarás la integración y automatización de procesos regionales, promoviendo eficiencia, claridad y toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
Responsabilidades principales
Diseñar e implementar modelos analíticos que integren múltiples dominios de datos comerciales.
Liderar la automatización e integración de los procesos de gastos totales de negociación en mercados de América Latina.
Definir indicadores clave, métricas y lógicas de negocio para análisis regionales alineados al plan estratégico.
Realizar análisis interdominio para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y riesgos de desempeño.
Trabajar junto a especialistas de datos para convertir preguntas del negocio en modelos analíticos escalables.
Conectar insights entre mercados para acelerar la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Promover el uso de herramientas analíticas y técnicas de data storytelling dentro de la organización.
Brindar soporte estratégico a equipos regionales, impulsando mejora continua y resultados medibles.
🎯 ¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia:
- 7 a 10 años en inteligencia de negocio, análisis comercial, excelencia o finanzas comerciales.
Industria:
- Preferentemente bienes de consumo o bienes de consumo de alta rotación.
Formación académica:
- Ingeniería, Economía, Administración de Empresas o Análisis de Datos.
Idioma:
- Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
