About this role
What we're looking for:We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 4+ years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS or enterprise software. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment and have a track record of shipping complex, 0-to-1 products. Bonus points if you have experience with fintech or building and maintaining design systems.What you'll do:Take ownership of the end-to-end design for core product initiatives, from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.Work closely with engineering and product management to translate complex user workflows and business requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.Contribute to and help evolve the Hadrius Design System to ensure consistency and accelerate development velocity.Conduct 3-5 customer calls per week to gather firsthand insights and validate design decisions.Visibly raise the bar for product quality across the company, holding engineering and product accountable for delivering exceptional user experiences.Mentor junior designers by demonstrating what excellence looks like through your own execution.
