About this role
I. Purpose of Position
Production Support and System Optimization
- Conduct systematic optimization of electrical equipment control programs and production processes based on field feedback data and in-depth analysis results to enhance product performance, improve production efficiency, reduce equipment failure rates, and lower maintenance costs.
- Lead the commissioning of electrical equipment as well as the fault diagnosis and analysis of testing instruments to ensure that production quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) meet standards.
Test System Maintenance and Development
- Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of test systems and related equipment to effectively prevent production line downtime risks and ensure continuous and stable production operation.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to complete the development and deployment of test fixtures and test systems for new project introductions and migration projects.
Technical Training and Change Management
- Provide training on new testing technologies and equipment operation skills for operators to enhance the overall technical level of the team.
- Fully support the entire process management of Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure efficient and orderly change processes.
Cross-departmental Collaboration and Task Execution
- Cooperate with the R&D team to provide professional technical solutions and actively participate in new product trial production and mass production transfer work.
- Efficiently execute other technical support tasks assigned by superiors to ensure smooth progress of all work.
