Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Executive isSupport supply chain operations including demand planning, order fulfillment, and third-party vendor coordination to ensure efficient delivery and inventory management.

This position is part of the Supply Chain team located in Kuala Lumpur and will be Onsite

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Analyze sales data to forecast product demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure timely order processing and delivery and coordinating with external suppliers to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses for inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound freight to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor third-party vendor performance against SLAs and proactively resolve any supply or logistics disruptions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree. 
• 1–3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong Excel and ERP/system skills.
• Knows to deals with ambiguity and acts with sense of urgency. 
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
