About this role

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As Loss Prevention Analyst, you will oversee and manage loss prevention issues within organization to prevent and minimize losses in Czech, Slovakia and Ukraine. You will support the Security Manager to ensure that the company and its employees are complying with internal security and procedures as well as regulatory requirements which are connected to the prospective company’s loss. Together with the Security team, you will ensure that the H&M is a place where employees and customers can feel safe.

You will:

  • Analyze, investigate, identify, and follow up on deviating POS (Point of Sale) activity with focus on training needs, routines and frauds.
  • Constantly support stores on Loss Prevention Strategy for reducing shrinkage through organization.
  • Prepare and analyze predefined store audit reports and support Store Auditors while conducting the store audit.
  • Support the store teams in their Loss Prevention action plans, including collaboration with guards.
  • Follow up and analyze main KPIs and POS data to initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term plans.
  • Support the Security Department in executing fraudulent investigations and administrating and communicating with police, courts, and authorities.
  • Initiate, implement and maintain technical security systems in cooperation with external subcontractors.
  • Organize tenders and choose in cooperation with Security manager subcontractors.
  • Lead regular store and area security meetings.
  • Create budget and cost controlling in area connected to responsibility.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Loss Prevention Analyst is part of Security Department and report to Security Manager. You will collaborate with many external and internal stakeholders such as: Store Auditors, Compliance Manager, Security Specialist, Store Managers and Store Employees, external security guards agency, police, courts, and authorities. You will motivate, inspire and drive others to comply with company security and loss prevention policies and procedures. You communicate with people at all levels and want to contribute to company’s meaningful growth​.

  • Collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent MS office skills.
  • Fluent knowledge Czech or Slovak and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience in company safety, security routines and procedures.
