We are on an evolution journey to simplify, connect, and strengthen our core people processes. As part of this journey, we are hiring a behavioral Insights & Nudging Specialist to help turn data into actionable insights that support engagement, growth, and performance across our organization.
This role sits within our People Lifecycle – Contribute & Grow team and focuses on building a common approach to reporting, dashboards, and insights across development, transitions, contribution, growth, and leadership. In close collaboration with specialists across the area, the role also supports the design and implementation of data-driven nudges that encourage meaningful behaviour change.
As a behavioral Insights & Nudging Specialist, you will work closely with specialists and experts across Contribute & Grow, as well as Digital and Employee Listening, to design and evolve reporting and analytics frameworks that support both strategic decision-making and everyday leadership actions.
You will focus on insight generation, analytics frameworks, data quality, and behavioural nudges, ensuring leaders, HR, and teams have access to clear, meaningful insights that drive action. Your work will enable a consolidated view of progress across the people lifecycle while supporting continuous improvement of processes and experiences.

You will work in a highly cross-functional environment where alignment, data quality, and shared understanding are critical to success.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and motivated by turning data into insight and action.
You enjoy working at the intersection of people, data, and decision-making, and you are comfortable translating complex information into clear messages that support leaders and HR in their work. You understand that insights only create value when they are relevant, trusted, and connected to real decisions and behaviours.
You bring experience working with data, analytics, reporting, or insights in a people, HR, or business context, and you enjoy partnering across teams to define what matters and how it should be measured. You are structured and detail-oriented, while also able to see patterns, trends, and the bigger picture.
You are comfortable collaborating with other specialists to secure data quality, consistency, and integration across systems. You communicate clearly, think visually, and enjoy shaping insights that are easy to understand and act on.
You have experience with dashboards, reporting tools, analytics frameworks, behavioral nudging is an advantage. (i.e. SQL, Python, R, Power BI, etc.)
