セールスアドバイザー（H&Mアパレル販売スタッフ）は、ストアの売上と利益に貢献する最高のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する役割を担っていまます。セールスアドバイザーとして、常にカスタマーを第一に考え、サポートを提供し、商品やファッションの知識を共有。店舗運営やカーメント（衣類）ケアを通じて、カスタマーが買い物をしやすい環境を整えます。
また、自分の知識やスキルをチームメンバーと共有し、必要な時には助け合いながら、前向きな職場環境を築いてください。
主な業務
優れたカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する。
ガーメント（商品）の陳列、補充、フロアの整理整頓、ディスプレイを行う。
販売フロアや在庫室で積極的に商品を処理、補充、在庫管理を行う。
商品を開封し、セキュリティタグを付けてラベルを貼る。
レジにてお客様の購入や返品をサポートし、店内業務全般を担当。

求人内容
雇用契約期間：有期労働契約（短期アルバイト）
試用期間:3～6か月間（試用期間中の給与・勤務時間：本採用と同じ）
就業場所:（雇い入れ直後）H&M（Aeon Mall Kagoshima ）、もしくは提示のあったそのほかの店舗
（変更の範囲) 販売及び本社における会社の定める業務
就業時間 :シフト制（8時間労働・休憩60分）週1日～、1日4時間〜OK
時間外労働の詳細：ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要
時給：1,026円～

資格
応募資格
小売業、商品陳列、またはカスタマーサービスの経験がある方
効果的な時間管理 - ストレスに強く、優先順位をつけるのが得意であること
ブランドアンバサダーとして、常にお客様のニーズを優先するカスタマーサービスマインドを持つこと。
ファッションの知識があり、ファッショントレンドに興味があること。
販売のマインドセットを持ち、顧客のニーズにアプローチし、満たす能力があること。
