About this role
I. OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Colaborar en el seguimiento de conciliaciones de metodos de pago, control de movimientos y atención a diferencias detectadas, con el objetivo de mantener los procesos al día.
II. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Apoyo en conciliaciones contables de los distintos métodos de pago utilizados en operaciones de e-commerce
- Apoyar en la actualización y control de reportes de variaciones entre ventas y depósitos, con el objetivo de documentar diferencias y dar seguimiento mediante comunicación con proveedores para la solicitud de pago o aclaración correspondiente.
- Identificar, validar y registrar contablemente las devoluciones de pedidos, asegurando su correcta aplicación conforme a los procesos internos
- Dar seguimiento y mantener comunicación constante con las tiendas, para la aclaración y resolución de diferencias diarias relacionadas con operaciones de venta y cobro.
III. PERFIL DE PUESTO
- Licenciatura en Contaduría, Licenciatura en Actuaría o afines
- Estudiante activo con más de un año pendiente para egresar
- Microsoft Office 365
