About this role

I. OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Aplicar los fundamentos de la Administración de Sistemas Microsoft (AD) y la Gestión de Servicios de TI (ITIL) para diseñar, documentar e implementar mejoras en los procesos de soporte y gobernanza de infraestructura, logrando la entrega de tres (3) entregables clave (el manual de reglas AD, la documentación de procesos L3 y el informe de clasificación de incidentes) en un plazo de 3 meses.

II. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Diseñar y establecer las Reglas de Gobernanza para Objetos en Directorio Activo (AD)
  • Redactar la documentación formal de los procesos clave del área
  • Comunicar el estado de los incidentes críticos al usuario final afectado
  • Clasificar los reportes de usuario recibidos a través del sistema de tickets

III. PERFIL DE PUESTO

  • Ingeniero Administrador Sistemas, Tecnología de Software, Licenciatura Tecnología Información o Afines
  • Estudiante activo con más de un año pendiente para egresar
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Active Directory
