OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Realizar actividades de mantenimiento de edificio a través de órdenes de trabajo y bitácoras que permitan asegurar la continuidad de operación del edificio en condiciones aceptables.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Atención y supervisión a proveedores de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo a equipos.
- Ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo de edificio por medio de órdenes de trabajo como trabajos de hidráulica, electricidad, soldadura, tablaroca, plomería, entre otros.
PERFIL DEL PUESTO
- Conocimiento técnico en principios de mantenimiento, calidad y de proveedores.
- Orientación al cliente y a resultados.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Escolaridad: Carrera técnica en mantenimiento o afin.
