Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and has responsibility for organizing and managing the team and shift activity to ensure the smooth running of the production process in compliance with legal and company rules.

The employees of his responsible area, report to him in the daily operation, 6 - 10 Team members.
4 – 6 years practical work experience in chemical industry as Shiftt Leader or Production Supervisor.
The person who has related Chemical operation working experience shall be in priority.
Capability to deal and handle 10 - 15 employees.
Willingness to work in a shift pattern (currently 3 shifts of 8 hours)
Ability to troubleshoot, adapt to a changing environment.
Good technical understanding of production processes.
Good communication skills and ability to communicate with the employees in his area
Good computer skills on standard software (MS-Office etc.) Knowledge of SAP / ERP system.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills.
Knowledge of EHS compliance and Labor law.
Ability to read and write English language to understand work orders, production process, safety regulations and quality procedures and instructions. With excellent oral and written expression ability.

Diploma or BE in Chemical or Polyurethane.
Previous experience in chemical industry essential, adhesive / Sealant industry would be a plus
