Provide administrative support for quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on quality performance metrics.
Assist in the investigation of quality issues and deviations, including documenting root causes, facilitating corrective actions, and tracking resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, and procurement, to address quality-related concerns and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Create, maintain bill of materials and master recipes on SAP (1547 and 1548).
Create, maintain inspection plans and characteristics for ZFER and ZROH materials
Raw material usage decisions and supplier COA Management
SAP Quality module error management
Management of change for NPI and existing materials
Enter and maintain information required to set up new materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards (1543, 1547,1548 and 1549).
Process product changes, descriptions, and configurations at NPI stage (1543, 1547,1548 and 1549).
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance during NPI process.
Support new product introductions and lifecycle updates (1543, 1547,1548 and 1549).
