The role involves managing day-to-day development activities, driving project delivery, and guiding the integration of AI capabilities into enterprise-grade applications.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead and manage a team of software engineers working on Java-based and AI-enabled projects.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality and timelines.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide technical guidance in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud deployment.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features and automation into products.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and team skill development.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with product managers, architects, and QA to align engineering efforts with business goals.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Promote best practices in code quality, design, and DevOps processes.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><br><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED </strong> </span></p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">8–12 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a people management role.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and microservices.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and model integration workflows.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Exposure to AI automation, predictive analytics, or LLM-based solutions.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>ONE LAST THING:</strong><strong>  </strong> </span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;" type="disc"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You are persistent and inquisitive.
