Drive platform scalability, customer adoption, and cross-functional alignment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS</strong>:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for CSA and CCA</li><li>Collaborate with Connected Communities PM leadership to align platform capabilities</li><li>Lead quarterly agile planning, sprint execution, and backlog prioritization</li><li>Drive GTM activities including launch planning, enablement, and messaging</li><li>Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and customer success teams</li><li>Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback</li><li>Ensure platform reliability, extensibility, and compliance</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED</strong>:</p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>5–8 years of product management experience leading enterprise SaaS products, preferably in identity and collaboration platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of secure access, community engagement and collaboration tools for multi-enterprise collaboration</li><li>Experience with agile methodologies and quarterly release cycles</li><li>Experience with platform extensibility, APIs, and integration frameworks</li><li>Proven track record of strategic leadership and cross-org influence</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ technology (MBA preferred)</li></ul><br><p> </p><p style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0px">OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
