Position Summary:
The Information Technology Training Supervisor oversees the daily operations and execution of training programs. The Training Supervisor is responsible for coordinating functions and staff to ensure end user training is completed in a timely manner. The Training Supervisor will maintain strong leadership skills to coach and mentor team members while fostering a positive work environment, providing guidance and performance feedback for employee development. The Training Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Information Technology Training and Optimization Manager to ensure standardization and quality control of the training program and assist in gathering feedback to measure training effectiveness. The ideal candidate demonstrates ability to foster business relationships, possess experience working collaboratively with Agile teams, and demonstrates ability to mentor and motivate high-performing professionals.
Major Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of Instructional Designers in the development and execution of training curriculum and coordinate operational review.
Work closely with clinical and business staff, Information Technology and Digital System (ITDS) teams, and vendors to identify skill gaps through needs assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from stakeholders.
Oversee build, testing, and maintenance of the training environment.
Builds and maintains a collaborative working relationship between operational leaders, and other stakeholders to foster a team approach to training delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless training experience and effective communication between teams.
Analyze Training workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Monitor performance and direct resources as appropriate.
Creates and maintains efficient processes for accurately determining and communicating Training processes.
Position Requirements:
Education: Associate degree
Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver’s license
Experience: 2-3 years adult education or training experience, with demonstration of increasing responsibility; Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a diverse group of people and leaders at all levels of an organization including physicians, IT and business operations.
