Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is looking for an independent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist in Whitehall, WI! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients.

What's Available:
Full-time, 40 hours weekly.
Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 5:00pm (8-hour shifts)
Department: Registration Services
Hybrid eligible after training
Location: Whitehall, WI

What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
