Emplify Health by Gudersen is hiring a part-time Hospital Float Pool RN in La Crosse, WI!
This is a unique opportunity to expand your nursing skills across multiple specialties while enjoying variety and flexibility in your day-to-day work.

What You’ll Do:

• Work 60 hours per pay period (0.75 FTE) with YOUR CHOICE of either 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (0630–1900 and 1830–0700) OR 12-hour straight nights.

• Enjoy a consistent schedule with every other weekend and three holidays per year

• Train across diverse hospital units including medical-surgical, critical care, and inpatient behavioral health

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, therapists, social workers, CNAs, and fellow RNs

What You’ll Get:

• Starting pay of $38.01/hour, with additional compensation based on experience

• $2.50/hour float differential, PLUS shift, weekend, and holiday differentials

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing

• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)

• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
