Job Description
- Responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our Centers of Excellence to deliver effective solutions .
- Provide HR guidance on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Administrative and Personnel Services support .
- Drive initiatives that support the overall success and effectiveness of the business while fostering positive work culture.
- Strong communications skills (English & Spanish).
- Effectively managing multiple priorities and confidential matters may be required.
- Task oriented, self-driven, ability to work well with all levels of the organization both local and within Corporate.
