We have a new opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer, specialising in project delivery, to join our Planned Investment Delivery Team in London on a full‑time, permanent basis.
This is an agile role, requiring site visits across London and the South Coast. The amount of time spent on site will vary depending on the stage and needs of each project.
You will play a key role in driving effective engagement and building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of planned investment works.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of a wide range of key investment projects and programmes within the team. These include component replacements, building safety initiatives and retrofit (energy‑efficiency) works.
Essential experience:
- Experience of working with customer groups, panels or other agencies to develop best practice ideally within Residential Social Landlords.
- Proven experience of providing a proactive and excellent customer service.
- Able to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail and accurate recording for audit purposes.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Effectively managing budgets and controlling spend.
- Experience of dealing effectively with complaints and customer feedback as part of a team.
- Understanding of social housing legislation and tenancy management.
- Awareness of health & safety legislation and policy.
Essential Qualifications:
- Educated to Level 2 GCSE (including English and Maths) or higher.
- Full UK drivers license and access to your own vehicle is required.
