What You Will Do:
- Integrate program and project details across multiple parallel, mutually-reinforcing workstreams

- Support the ongoing optimization of the new organization-wide onboarding process, executing the process while providing recommendations for improvement.

- Manage and lead all aspects of a complex, high-volume student development program.

- Work across organizational boundaries to build and sustain momentum against key program objectives and priority initiatives.

- Work closely with program leadership to continually improve, evolve, and optimize the organization's talent apparatus.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor degree
  • TEN (10)+ year's of mission experience supporting intelligence community
  • Demonstrated experience with program and project management.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field/discipline.
  • PMP certification.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, with minimal oversight, in close coordination with client senior leadership.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
