What You Will Do:
As part of a team, provide comprehensive support and deep expertise in federal acquisitions to a nascent federal organization a broad mandate to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment to shape and execute strategy, including stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution.

What You Will Need:

  • Must have a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Must have a strong executive presence and prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating senior-level client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs.

  • The successful candidate will have at least 7-10 years of professional experience in two or more of the following areas:

    • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle from both government and industry side  Prior experience leading Department- or Agency-wide initiatives  

    • Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to own and create a workstream, serving as a client advisor to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.

    • Prior development of strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents and/or deliverables.

    • Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals (i.e. one-pagers, “slicksheets,” etc.).


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects in addition to time-sensitive ad-hoc requests.

  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools

  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving instincts
