What You Will Do:

The Front Office and Event Specialist will provide comprehensive operational, logistical, and event‑planning support for our Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) client. They will work in a fast‑paced and highly collaborative environment supporting meeting sourcing and contracting, serve as the event registration site subject matter expert, and provide surge capacity for acquisition activities, business financial management operations, and office‑wide event planning. This includes program‑level tracking, documentation reviews, and timeline management across multiple technical and administrative stakeholders. The Front Office and Event Specialist will work as a part of a multi-discipline team made up of technical subject matter experts, program and financial analysts, contract administrators, government partners, and government project managers supporting the advancement of the current state of the art in a wide range of technology areas.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED “SECRET” Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • THREE (3) or more years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, program support, or administrative operations

  • ONE (1) or more years' experience with program and/or project management

  • Experience supporting meeting logistics, sourcing, or coordination activities

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with event registration/management platforms

  • Prior support experience in a government, DoD, or federally funded R&D environment

  • Experience with contracting workflows, procurement processes, or venue/vendor negotiations

  • Experience supporting onsite logistics for large or high‑visibility events

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
