Vaccines Account Specialist_Comunidad Valenciana

Buscamos un/a “Vaccines Account Specialist” (VAS) para unirse al equipo hospitalario de vacunas de GSK, con responsabilidad sobre su área estratégica, y dependencia directa de la Dirección Regional.

La persona seleccionada tendrá la oportunidad de formar parte de un equipo pionero en el desarrollo e implementación de los estándares de vacunación del adulto en España. Su labor será clave para mejorar la salud de la población adulta, contribuyendo a posicionar la vacunación como una herramienta fundamental de salud pública en el entorno hospitalario.

Será responsable de la gestión integral de las cuentas y hospitales de su área, estableciendo relaciones colaborativas y efectivas con los servicios de Medicina Preventiva responsables de la vacunación, así como con las especialidades clínicas implicadas en la identificación y derivación de pacientes.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Establecer y optimizar los circuitos de vacunación en las cuentas asignadas, coordinando eficazmente los distintos servicios hospitalarios implicados.
  • Definir, implementar y ejecutar un plan de acción en las cuentas/hospitales asignados, alcanzando los objetivos establecidos y gestionando de forma eficiente el presupuesto disponible para maximizar el impacto de las acciones desarrolladas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, así como completar de forma rigurosa las tareas administrativas requeridas.

¿Qué se necesita?

  • Buscamos profesionales con una sólida capacidad de negociación, capaces de alinear intereses y coordinar objetivos entre diferentes interlocutores clave dentro y fuera del hospital.
  • Experiencia en la identificación, desarrollo e implementación de proyectos multidisciplinares, impulsando la colaboración entre distintos stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Acostumbrado/a a desenvolverse con autonomía, con orientación clara a resultados y toma de decisiones eficiente.
  • Experiencia previa en entorno hospitalario, preferiblemente en puestos de visita médica especializada.
  • Se valorará formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud, Económicas o áreas afines.
  • Residencia en la Comunidad Valenciana, o disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la zona asignada.
