We are now looking for a Reporting Specialist to join our Close & Control Team, supporting ICT (Inter Company Profit Tracking) reporting. This
is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in Reporting while gaining international exposure in a global biopharma leader.
Reporting Specialist’s key responsibilities will be to:
Taking strong ownership of the whole ICT (Intercompany profit tracking) process for Vaccines segment.
Coordination of the month-end activities within the ICT team.
Taking care of Global Material master data proper set-up (standard cost, transfer prices).
Ensuring that materials held in stock at various levels in the financial supply chain are accurately valued.
Calculate the release (intercompany profit) of the inventory movements (balance sheet & profit and loss statement) interfaced in consolidated accounts.
Contacting local Vaccines entities on regular basis to support the accuracy of the numbers they report.
Being in close contact with all the stakeholders of the process (ICT central team, supply chain analysts and management).
Preparing the summary presentation for management with results for Vaccines market (balance sheet and P&L side).
Executing internal controls to ensure the accuracy of ICT reporting.
Prepare audit deliverables as required.
Contribute to standardization and improvements.

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment.
Experience with SAP or another major ERP system.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 118,500 to PLN 197,500 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
