We are now looking for a Junior Reporting Specialist to join our Close & Control Team, supporting Capex and ICT (Inter Company Profit Tracking) reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your knowledge in Reporting while gaining international exposure in a global biopharma leader.

Junior Reporting Specialist’s key responsibilities will be to:

  • Working in C&C team and performing day-to-day activities and Period end close activities for CAPEX and ICT.

  • Daily activities include but not limited to Assets scrapping, capitalization, impairment, budget structure creation, budget transfers, nodes and internal orders creation.

  • Ensuring that materials held in stock at various levels in the financial supply chain are accurately valued.

  • Period closing activities - SOX controls, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, accruals, reclasses, preparing routine analyses, schedules and summaries.

  • Contacting local Vaccines entities on regular basis to support the accuracy of the numbers they report.

  • Ensuring full compliance with SOX control requirements

  • Prepare audit deliverables as required.

  • Working closely with local contacts and stakeholders of the process. 

  • Contribute to standardization and improvements.

  • Experience of accounting roles for at least 1 year.

  • Professional business-level fluency in English.

  • Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP or another major ERP system.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 84,750 to PLN 141,250 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process.
